About The Position

At Pearce, we are building the service platform that keeps the energy transition running. This is not a passive account management role. This is a high-output, quota-carrying sales role focused on winning, expanding, and retaining key accounts in energy storage. You will drive revenue growth across one of the fastest-growing segments in energy infrastructure by building pipeline, closing complex service opportunities, and helping customers improve uptime and operational performance across utility-scale energy storage assets. This role is built for a hunter. Someone who thrives on prospecting, managing multiple deals, creating momentum, and directly influencing business growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in energy storage, solar, renewables, or adjacent energy markets
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and closing new business opportunities
  • Experience with outbound sales motions including prospecting, account mapping, and multi-threading
  • Strong commercial acumen including pricing, margin awareness, and contract structures such as MSAs, NDAs, and RFPs
  • Working understanding of utility-scale solar and/or energy storage operations and service environments
  • Highly organized with disciplined CRM management skills, preferably Salesforce
  • Relentless with follow-through and customer responsiveness
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving solutions and high expectations
  • Low ego, high accountability, and coachable mindset
  • Driven sales professional looking to grow and make a direct impact on company performance

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively prospect and build pipeline across target energy storage accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close and account expansion
  • Build, manage, and convert opportunities including MSAs, RFPs, service contracts, and spot work
  • Partner closely with operations and leadership to develop solutions, pricing, and proposals
  • Drive disciplined follow-up, pipeline management, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Expand existing customer relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Develop new logos while growing relationships within Pearce’s existing customer network
  • Represent Pearce at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
  • Operate with urgency, accountability, and strong commercial discipline
  • Consistently deliver against revenue growth, pipeline generation, and deal velocity targets
