About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive to join our Nestlé team, working closely across our Coles portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Customer Business Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class execution within Coles, one of our most important retail partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the FMCG industry.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data driven approach to decision making.
  • Must be well skilled in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills – be able to prioritise workload and meet all deadlines.
  • Natural collaborator, with a positive proactive mindset.
  • Confident, self-starter who is keen to progress quickly.
  • Feels comfortable presenting and speaking up in meetings, really leading the Coles agenda.
  • Full Australian working rights

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Circana/Synergy would be preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executional plan in Coles, including negotiating end space, in-store space, and overseeing promotional activities.
  • Analyse the success of initiatives and promotional activities in Coles, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales and market share.
  • Develop comprehensive omni-channel plans for the year, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility and customer engagement across all channels.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at Coles, understanding their business objectives, anticipating their needs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
