The Key Account Executive is a relationship-driven sales role focused on growing revenue with our existing NBA, WNBA, and NHL team shop accounts. This person owns a book of established team shop buyer relationships and is responsible for retaining the business, expanding product category penetration, and driving year-over-year growth across each account. The Key Account Executive works in partnership with a dedicated Account Coordinator (handling order entry and operational support) and an Account Manager (supporting day-to-day buyer communication), allowing the Key Account Executive to focus on strategic selling, buyer relationships, and growth planning. All candidates must complete the Aptive Talent Assessment to be considered for this role. If you have a track record of growing existing accounts, thrive on building deep buyer relationships, and want to sell into one of the most exciting categories in licensed apparel, this role is for you! This role is a full-time salary role based out of our Tempe, AZ office reporting to the Director of Sales and working closely with the Executive Team. This is a not a remote role. Travel expectation is 15-20% annually.
