The Amazon Key Account Executive is part of a team of 3 and working closely together with several departments such as Trade, Content, Retail Media, Finance, Demand Planning. A fast-moving, brand-first division where storytelling meets data-driven execution. On Amazon, the team pairs beauty craftsmanship with rigorous performance management across forecasting, availability, and conversion — operating with a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of E-commerce, CPG or Account Management/Sales experience
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Must be autonomous and reliable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of product pages health, new item setup templates, variations, and content readiness for launches, promos, and merchandising events.
  • Single-threaded owner of buyability, ASIN status, duplicate cleanup, prep attributes, dropship monitoring, and weekly catalog audits.
  • Owns retail sales reporting, launch trackers, and execution of catalog & supply actions with high precision.
  • Ensures all launches are Amazon-ready: compliant PDPs, all buyability signals ready, variation logic, and early issue escalation.
  • Day-to-day partner to Content, Customer Success, Vendor/SVS teams; supports NAM with clean data and KAM with execution status.
