About The Position

The Key Account Specialist is a leading driver of customer interactions and sales performance, acting as the face of the company's customer experience approach. They build deep relationships to deliver value for customers and patients, driving sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner. This role focuses on developing and strengthening relationships within the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) space and driving sales performance through direct customer interactions. The position requires travel within four states and the ideal candidate will be based in Northern Florida for efficient territory access.   • Must be properly licensed and able to safely operate and drive an automobile.
  • Must have a driving record deemed safe by Sandoz.
  • Ability to work independently from a home office when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel over a broad geography required (approximately 25-75% travel, depending on territory).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential customers (HCPs and stakeholders) through data analysis to drive competitive sales growth.
  • Drive sales performance through skillful orchestration of positive customer experiences.
  • Engage in value-based conversations (in-person and virtually) to understand customer challenges, decision-drivers, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs by reflecting customer preferences and leveraging available content and channels.
  • Build engagement by working in partnership with HCPs to develop sustained collaboration over time.
  • Deliver memorable, customer-centric experiences by listening to customer needs and understanding their healthcare environment.
  • Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers at the territory level.
  • Gather insights on the customer’s business to uncover what is important to them.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and translate responses into actions that create additional value.
  • Leverage available data sources to create, prioritize, and adjust territory, account, and customer interaction plans.
  • Share customer insights with relevant internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the customer to help them run their business.
  • Act with integrity and honesty, treating customers and colleagues transparently and respectfully.
  • Support the execution and adherence to Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring, or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.
