Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with a Field Team servicing doors across North America. They partner with leading beauty brands and provide in-store support in retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury. With over 200+ beauty professionals, Beauty Barrage services more than 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. The Brand Specialist's primary objective is to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. This role involves achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating strong relationships with store teams, and driving brand awareness. Brand Specialists report to either a Field Sales Manager or a Brand Executive, depending on the market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, results-oriented, and possesses a strong passion for the beauty industry. This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity, with the work schedule varying monthly based on brand needs and the candidate's willingness to travel.
