About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Key Account Sales Representative to support and grow business within existing customer accounts while also identifying new sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, builds strong customer relationships, follows through consistently, and is comfortable identifying opportunities to expand business. Prior tire industry experience is not required. We are open to candidates with sales experience, account management experience, customer-facing experience, or demonstrated sales ability.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer relationships and follow-ups
• Self-motivated with an interest in sales and business development
• Ability to identify customer needs and sales opportunities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
• B2B sales experience
• Experience developing new business from existing customer relationships
• Experience working in distribution, automotive, manufacturing, or a related industry

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts
• Identify opportunities to grow business within current customer accounts
• Develop new customer opportunities connected to existing account relationships
• Follow up consistently with customers regarding products, pricing, availability, and opportunities
• Communicate customer needs internally with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments
• Assist with account development and customer retention efforts
• Maintain organized records of customer communication and sales activity
• Support sales initiatives and company growth goals
• Provide responsive and professional customer service
