About The Position

The Key Account Marketing Manager – Limited Service Restaurants (LSR) implements Red Bull’s strategy and drives performance across key emerging segments, including coffee and quick-service. This role connects commercial execution with marketing innovation, driving both sales growth and brand relevance within these channels. As part of the On-Premise Marketing organization, the Marketing Manager turns commercial objectives into brand-building programs, shaping Red Bull’s presence along the entire path to purchase—from digital activations to in-store visibility and occasion-based marketing. The position combines strategic account leadership, data-driven business management, and creative marketing integration to help ensure that Red Bull remains the most visible and preferred energy drink brand in the LSR space.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales.
  • On-premise field experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful marketing programs.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale projects; strong project management skills are required.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
  • Experience presenting in customer meetings is required.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills are essential.
  • Experience using insights to drive and inspire action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing programs across emerging partners within the Limited Service segment.
  • Translate On-Premise and Brand Marketing strategies into scalable, high-impact programs tailored to the Limited Service Restaurant (LSR) consumer.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies that increase Red Bull’s distribution, visibility, and consumer demand across national partners and throughout the segment.
  • Serve as the primary marketing representative in customer meetings and planning sessions.
  • Identifies key on-premise trends and opportunities and develops innovative marketing solutions.
  • Integrates on-premise strategy with marketing initiatives to enable large-scale activation.
  • Strategically aligns relevant national accounts with key marketing opportunities.
  • Ensures that programs support the objectives of winning new business, driving demand, increasing relevance in key consumption occasions (e.g., socializing, at work, studying, gaming), and expanding execution within accounts.
  • Understands the key account landscape and how to apply marketing tactics to meet both customer and Red Bull needs.
  • Collaborates with key cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develops and implements year-over-year strategy within key account customers through joint business planning and segment programming.
  • Communicates strategy effectively to the key account sales team to ensure understanding and adoption.
  • Strategically position and negotiate the use and leverage of Red Bull brand assets and properties.
  • Identify the appropriate marketing mix to align with prospective customers’ priorities.
  • Understand customer needs and align them with Red Bull’s brand and On-Premise strategic priorities.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to establish credibility with prospective customer decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to develop and implement creative trade solutions that capture decision-makers’ attention and convert interest into initial meetings.
  • Understands and upholds brand standards across all activations.
  • Strategically integrates the national brand activation calendar into on-premise activities.
  • Coordinates with the On-Premise Trade Marketing Manager on the development and delivery of in-store and digital POS materials.
  • Coordinates with the On-Premise Trade and Brand Marketing teams to develop account messaging strategies that align with company initiatives.
  • Works cross-functionally to protect Red Bull’s brand equity in all activations.
  • Serve as the expert on Red Bull marketing opportunities, programs, and initiatives for customer partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing counterparts (e.g., Sports, Gaming, Culture, Brand) to integrate programming across accounts.
  • Represent the brand in a professional and impactful manner to drive business opportunities.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in the business planning process for the On-Premise Channel.
  • Identify the business case and develop the rationale to inform programming decisions.
  • Design and execute effective test initiatives.
  • Assume responsibility for budget management for the On-Premise Marketing team.
  • Establish clear KPIs prior to program launch.
  • Lead the after-action review process to gather insights for future programming.
  • Share best practices with U.S. business units and international teams.
  • Build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders to promote a culture of mutual accountability and motivation.
