The Key Account Manager will be responsible for tactical retention responsibilities for assigned accounts, including leading and managing the implementation of new services, coordinating and distributing Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), and penetrating organizational structures to develop relationships. The role involves ensuring Crane Worldwide offices understand and execute SOPs, monitoring rates and yields, tracking payments, and setting up internal reports to monitor performance. The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for entering all meeting notes, action items, complaints, and compliments into the CRM, assigning corrective actions, and managing business reviews. Strategically, the role requires understanding accounts’ business strategies, objectives, risks, and constraints, and focusing efforts on providing solutions. This includes pursuing efficiency and cost reduction measures, providing market updates, identifying growth opportunities, and creating a business development plan. Other duties as assigned.
