The Key Account Manager works in partnership with dealership clients and serves as the primary point of contact for their assigned portfolio of PureCars and AutoAlert customers. This role is responsible for overall account management, including client retention, account growth, and building strong relationships at both the dealership and enterprise levels. The Key Account Manager is committed to maximizing customer success by increasing client knowledge, adoption, and utilization of the PureCars and AutoAlert solutions through a consultative, proactive, and customer-focused approach. Once a sale has been successfully closed, the Key Account Manager is introduced to the customer and serves as the primary relationship owner throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from implementation through ongoing partnership and growth. You are a collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset. You'll be part of a creative, diverse, and high-performing team focused on increasing customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
