About The Position

Blue Diamond® Attachments, one of the fastest-growing compact equipment attachment companies in the country, is seeking a top-performing sales professional to lead and expand our Cumberland Territory (Tennessee & Kentucky). Requirements

3+ years in B2B sales, key account management, or territory sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce experience a plus)
Ability to travel within assigned territory (3-4 nights per week on the road)

Experience in dealer channels, construction equipment, or similar industries preferred

Responsibilities

Hunt for and close new business within dealer networks
Grow key accounts through strategic selling and relationship building
Drive adoption of Blue Diamond programs, promotions, and product lines
Identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close high-value deals
Partner with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute growth strategies
Maintain a strong pipeline and manage activity in Salesforce
