About The Position

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Key Account Manager for the North East region. This role is crucial for developing and growing CELSIUS products within the Convenience & Large format Channels. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maximizing long-term brand volume, achieving annual sales budgets and profit goals, and implementing national initiatives, policies, and standards. This position requires strong communication skills to convey customer needs internally and to develop business-building strategies. The role involves direct interaction with buyers and decision-makers at key retail accounts, tracking account performance, forecasting sales, and potentially managing distributor relationships. Collaboration with internal Finance and Legal teams is also a key aspect of the role to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ selling experience in the consumer products industry is required.
  • Knowledge of the consumer products industry and how to execute direct sales, order management and logistics.
  • Knowledge and experience of internal functions (i.e., Sales Resources, Business Planning, Marketing and Customer Service).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and syndicated data (IRI plus others).
  • This position requires a winning, competitive and positive attitude towards success.
  • Location in the North East market is required because of the Key Account Manager's responsibilities to be present in the assigned market.

Responsibilities

  • Key account management – meeting directly with buyers/decision makers at key retail accounts to increase the sales of CELSIUS.
  • Tracking the performance of all assigned Key Accounts.
  • Forecasting sales and production needs.
  • Some possible distributor management – meeting directly with CELSIUS distribution networks management and upper management.
  • Manage key accounts pricing – voids etc. with DSD partners.
  • Manage assigned regional key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and relationship management, while also supporting additional accounts within the region as business needs evolve.
  • Work closely with Celsius Finance and Legal Teams to ensure that all customer related funding and marketing proposals are compliant with Celsius internal policies and procedures.
  • Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate closely with the Digital/Campaigns team to conceptualize and develop creative strategies and designs that elevate the brand's visual identity.
  • Photo Shoot concepts and Collaboration: Contribute creative concepts and provide design direction and support to bring the brand's vision to life through captivating visual imagery.
