Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Account Management or Operations in a BPO is a MUST
  • Experience in quota-carrying roles: upselling, cross-selling, renewals
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Curious, analytical, and metrics-obsessed mindset
  • Willingness to travel (domestic/international) as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in tech-enabled CX or working with AI-driven tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage full customer lifecycle: onboarding → retention → expansion
  • Build strong client relationships and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver MBRs/QBRs, ROI reporting, and strategic business reviews
  • Be the voice of the customer internally—resolving escalations and advocating for needs
  • Forecast growth, track metrics, and share insights with cross-functional teams
  • Have a hunter mindset in a KAM role.
  • Travel occasionally for key in-person meetings and events
