Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a sales role in manufacturing or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling professional interaction with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical, as you will manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with an ability to build rapport with customers while communicating using the company platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage assigned accounts, fostering strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Handle all customer service-related tasks for assigned accounts.
  • Manage the quoting process, including negotiation and agreement execution, to increase sales, margin, and maximize profit.
  • Oversee the entire order fulfillment process.
  • Review and analyze customer financial data, communicating trends, variances, and causes to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • General duties as needed/assigned
