Requirements

• Progressive and successful 3+ years in sales or sales management within a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Skillful with technological tools such as CRM systems, sales platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and drive profitable growth within assigned marine accounts.
• Create and execute customer plans.
• Identify opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Enhance customer value and manage risks.
• Support KONE’s overall Marine business strategy.
• Manage strategic customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing business growth.
• Develop and execute customer account plans while maintaining accurate customer data, reporting, and contract information.
• Create and pursue sales opportunities, value propositions, and growth initiatives aligned with customer needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support account objectives, customer agreements, and operational execution.
• Conduct regular customer site visits and relationship reviews to identify risks, resolve issues, and strengthen partnerships.
