About The Position

In this role you will be leveraging Hospital Patient Monitoring’s innovations to tackle healthcare’s biggest challenges – from staffing pressures to quality outcomes, to new care models. You will play a vital role in increasing market penetration and the overall growth of our business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B/outside sales experience with strong and proven Account Management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage large / complex situations.
  • Skills in helping teams overcome change management.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • Results-oriented approach, high energy, balanced with a “take charge” attitude with teamwork and collaboration.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to territory. (Sacramento down to Fresno. San Fran is not included in this territory.)

Nice To Haves

  • Medical capital sales and/or selling into hospitals are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to quickly demonstrate expertise and establish credibility with clinical decision makers.
  • Good understanding of clinical practices, and workflow changes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increased market penetration within assigned health systems.
  • Utilize quantitative skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Specialists, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within health systems, including administrators, clinicians, and IT professionals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on patient monitoring solutions, providing guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to proactively address customer needs and market challenges.
