About The Position

This role focuses on fostering a customer-inspired culture, providing internal communication and team support, and executing market plans. The Key Account Manager will leverage CRM for customer engagement, provide on-site service, generate sales quotes, and identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs. They will also be responsible for developing sales budgets and forecasts, communicating with internal and external partners, analyzing market trends, and executing pricing strategies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining community relationships and acquiring new customers through various sales methods.

Requirements

  • Experience in generating new customers using traditional and innovative methods (cold calls, relationship management systems, marketing campaign tools).

Responsibilities

  • Use CRM to plan for customer conversations, enter customer insights gained from recent meetings, and identify next steps in preparation for future engagements.
  • Provide job site service and problem resolution.
  • Provide sales quotes and coordinate deliveries with sales coordinator, operations and internal dispatch.
  • Engage in Values Based Sales to identify business needs of customers and generate new opportunities that support our strategy of “being inspired by our customers.”
  • Support local industry association and community activities and events.
  • Develop and implement sales budgets and forecast for assigned territory while coordinating with sales and operations team regarding rolling forecast.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal partners to support projects, ensure reliable delivery, and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
  • Analyze markets, industry trends, competitors, and customer information to develop and implement Annual Sales Plan to execute pricing strategy.
  • Maintain positive relationships in the communities we operate in.
  • Generate new customers using traditional and innovative methods including cold calls, relationship management systems, marketing campaign tools, etc.
