About The Position

The Key Account Manager – Architects & Designers (Miami) is responsible for developing and managing key relationships with leading architects, interior designers, and design firms in the Miami market, with a strong focus on international developers, hospitality, and luxury residential projects. This role is based in Miami and owns the specification process locally, working closely with A&D firms to specify AXOR and hansgrohe products at the design stage. Once specifications are secured, projects are transitioned to the Global Projects and LATAM teams for execution, pricing coordination, and conversion support. The role plays a critical part in expanding the global project pipeline, improving conversion rates, and strengthening collaboration across regions.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Miami A&D market, including international developers, hospitality, and luxury residential segments
  • Proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with architects and designers
  • Experience working within structured CRM systems (SAP C4C preferred) with strong pipeline discipline
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, present, and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to understand diverse customer needs and adapt approach accordingly
  • Global mindset with the ability to collaborate across regions and cultures
  • High level of self-leadership, resilience, and accountability

  • Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define strategy and target key A&D customers for the Miami market, with emphasis on international, hospitality, luxury residential, and mixed-use developments
  • Build and manage strong relationships with Miami-based architects, interior designers, and design firms working on international projects
  • Drive local specification of AXOR and hansgrohe products, ensuring early engagement in the design phase
  • Partner closely with Global Projects and LATAM teams to handoff specified projects, supporting pipeline development and conversion through collaboration
  • Execute a structured call cycle to ensure consistent customer engagement and coverage
  • Develop and maintain Key Account Plans aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets
  • Support regions by contributing high-quality, well-documented specifications that strengthen global pipelines
  • Maintain accurate customer activity, project pipeline, and forecasting data in SAP C4C
  • Launch new products through Miami-based events such as lunch & learns, showroom presentations, and design community engagements
  • Monitor competitor activity and actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and design-focused networking opportunities
