This role involves educating, instructing, and upselling to assigned and newly generated accounts, acting as a liaison between clients and LabCorp operations, and providing ongoing service and problem resolution to ensure customer retention through superior customer service. The executive will recommend client-focused solutions, manage day-to-day client operations, upsell the current book of business for organic growth, and work closely with senior sales representatives. Continuous education of the client base and timely resolution of customer issues are key, with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly retention and upsell goals.
