Requirements
- Active Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) certification (required)
- Must be listed on the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry
- Must be able to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- Must be comfortable performing STNA-level duties
- Must demonstrate reliability and teamwork
- Must pass background and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Document in EMR
- Monitor residents and report changes
- Support nursing staff and overall care environment
- Routinely assist with STNA-level duties
- Be flexible to support staffing needs
- Occasionally work a full shift in an aide capacity if needed
