About The Position
Our Certified Medication Aides (CMA) are integral to the Oxford family, where our core purpose is to experience the joy of serving others and to create meaningful relationships. We pride ourselves on a wonderful resident to caregiver ratio, which helps us achieve this mission. We are looking for positive and humble individuals who have initiative and emotional maturity to help us create a loving, homelike atmosphere for our residents.

- Current License from the state to participate in our residents lives
Responsibilities
- Help residents live fulfilling lives by providing general care
- Help to create a safe and loving environment in which our residents can thrive
- Be an active participant in the joyful activities with our residents
- Promote dignity and independence by providing proper documentation and communication of residents to fellow team members
