Requirements
- A true team player who can adapt quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Punctual, hardworking, and attentive to details.
- Previous experience with dog care or ownership is preferred.
- Consistent, year-round availability is highly desirable.
- Eager to learn and grow with us, with a positive attitude towards receiving feedback.
- Must have a deep love for dogs and a strong commitment to creating a positive experience for both the dogs and their owners.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety, cleanliness, and overall happiness of our doggie day campers.
- Engage with dogs, providing stimulation and attention while being on your feet for 3-4 hours at a time.
- Handle and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
- Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with the possibility of holiday flexibility if a previous holiday shift was worked.
- Prioritize dog safety above all else, ensuring a secure and loving environment.
- Perform extensive cleaning duties, including waste removal and dog grooming tasks.
- Continuously monitor play yards to ensure all dogs are safe and having fun.
