About The Position
The Keck Center is seeking part-time assistants for roles with a Biology focus and roles with a Computer Science focus. The Biology focus involves working with cells and tissue imaging using advanced microscopy systems. The Computer Science focus involves website administration and data analysis. Both positions are for current UVA undergraduate students eligible for Federal Work-Study.
Requirements
- Current UVA undergraduate student eligible for Federal-Work Study employment during the academic year.
- Limited experience using computers in the administration of web site and data analysis is required (for CS focus).
- Resume required.
Nice To Haves
- No experience is required and you will receive training (for Biology focus).
- Working knowledge using computers in the administration of web site and data analysis is preferred (for Biology focus).
- 1st or 2nd year students are also preferred (for Biology focus).
- 1st or 2nd year students are also preferred (for CS focus).

Benefits
- Paid in wages of $13.00 to $17.00 per hour.
