About The Position

This role involves performing various assembly responsibilities within a designated cell, including assembling and adjusting complex components, marking, labeling, and packaging parts, and making adjustments to meet customer requirements. The position requires adherence to productivity and quality expectations, following work procedures, and operating assembly and packaging machines. The Applicator I will act as a troubleshooter for assembly process problems, resolve issues or refer them to the appropriate individual, and provide limited training to other assemblers. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, reporting safety incidents, and making recommendations for process improvements are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, the position emphasizes providing excellent customer service, contributing to a positive team environment, and participating in training for other positions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
0-1 years of experience in manufacturing production environment.
Basic mathematics.
Able to read and follow visual instructions.
