Concorde Education•Wabash, IN
•$50 - $65•Onsite

About The Position

Concorde Education is seeking individuals to join its network of independent contractor instructors for current and future school-based K–12 enrichment programs. Instructors share relevant professional, academic, or specialized expertise with students at schools and community partner locations. Teaching certification is not necessarily required; relevant experience in coaching, professional practice, tutoring, mentoring, youth development, or specialized instruction may qualify, depending on the program. Programs may cover technology and innovation, science and engineering, creative arts, academic development, games and critical thinking, health and recreation, practical and career skills, or other specialties introduced by partner schools. Assignments vary in schedule, student population, instructional goals, resources, and requirements. Some provide curriculum, lesson plans, supplies, or instructional guidelines; others allow instructors to develop suitable activities using their own expertise. Opportunities are generally part-time, often involving approximately 1–4 instructional hours per week over 8–10 weeks. Hours, assignment duration, and compensation depend on the specific school program. Most assignments offer $50–$65 per instructional hour, though rates may fall outside that range; the rate for a specific assignment is communicated before acceptance. Opportunities arise throughout the academic year, and assignment availability is not guaranteed. Engagements are subject to applicable screening and clearance requirements, school approval when required, and written confirmation of the assignment.
