About The Position
This is a coaching position for the JV Girls Competitive Cheer team at Irondequoit High School within the West Irondequoit Central School District. The role involves leading the team in competitive cheerleading activities.
Requirements
- NYS Coaching Certification Requirements
- Certification in First-Aid: Responding to Emergencies
- Certification in Adult and Child CPR/AED
- Completion of Child Abuse Workshop
- Completion of SAVE Workshop
- Completion of DASA Training
- NYSED Fingerprint Clearance is Required
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the JV Girls Competitive Cheer team.
- Ensure team members meet NYS Coaching Certification Requirements.
- Maintain certifications in First-Aid: Responding to Emergencies, Adult and Child CPR/AED, Child Abuse Workshop, SAVE Workshop, and DASA Training.
- Ensure all team members have NYSED Fingerprint Clearance.
Benefits
- Stipend: $3,539 - $5,679 (Appropriate Placement on WITA Coaches' Salary Schedule)
