About The Position
Denmark High School is seeking an individual that has a passion for coaching girls golf and a passion for being part of Denmark golf program. Qualified candidates should possess a strong work ethic and the ability to provide a positive experience for our student-athletes. The Girls Golf JV Coach will also work directly with the Varsity head coach to support the program. All coaches work with Freshman through Senior students.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confrontation in a positive manner.
- Ability to positively promote Denmark High School.
Nice To Haves
- Some experience working with high school students.
- Knowledge and background in golf (practice and game techniques and strategies).
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive experience for student-athletes.
- Work directly with the Varsity head coach to support the program.
- Teach students in a variety of methods, from demonstration to verbal direction.
