About The Position

The Mobile-First Company is seeking a Junior Visual Designer (Brand & Web) to join their visual identity team. This role is designed for someone eager to build and grow, working closely with the Lead Visual Designer and Chief Brand Officer. The position involves learning how world-class products are designed and contributing to their creation. The company focuses on building mobile-first business software that is user-friendly, AI-driven, and has a strong brand presence. Their first product, Allô, is used by over 20,000 businesses daily, with plans to expand into expenses, invoicing, and more. They have secured significant funding from prominent investors and have a distributed team across Paris, Buenos Aires, and Miami.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Brand or Digital Design (internships and freelance experience are accepted).
A portfolio showcasing craft and intentionality, even for smaller projects, demonstrating attention to detail.
Solid working knowledge of Figma.
English fluency.

A strong foundation in Visual Design with an actively developing second skill (Hybrid).
A keen eye for detail, noticing misalignments and caring about specifics.
Proactive ownership, identifying and addressing problems without constant direction.
Understanding of 'Mobile-First' design principles, recognizing mobile screens as the primary canvas.

Responsibilities

Support brand consistency by applying the visual system across apps, website, and communications.
Flag inconsistencies or elements that do not align with the brand's visual identity.
Assist in producing landing pages and interactive assets, understanding the production and handoff process.
Contribute to key initiatives involving brand DNA, product animations, micro-interactions, and visual refinements.
Prioritize shipping version 1 of work over prolonged conceptual polishing.
