Summary Description Work closely with the Trust & Wealth Management Division Senior Trust Office and other administrators to independently provide account administration on a variety of account types, including various types of trusts, agency, custody, IRAs and estates. Act within Division's stated policy and relevant guidelines to manage a book of assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Accounting, Finance, Economics preferred).
  • Willingness to complete additional education as assigned.

  • Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Access, Accounting software

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administration of smaller trust, agency, custody, IRA and estate administration accounts as assigned.
  • Access, input, and retrieve client account information utilizing trust accounting system.
  • Provide client service through phone, in-person, and email communication with clients.
  • Prepare annual Reg-9 reviews for assigned accounts.
  • Assist with preparation and filing of estate appraisements and period and final settlements for estate accounts.
  • Adherence to regulatory and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Accompany and assist Senior Trust Officer and/or Business Development Officer with meeting preparation for existing and prospective clients.
  • Assist Senior Trust Officer with special projects as assigned.
  • May participate in various community related activities and functions.
