The Trust Administrator serves as an administrative support professional for Senior Trust Advisors (STAs), to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by adhering to fiduciary policies and procedures. This role manages the client base for two to three advisors, serves as the primary interface with trust accounting systems and operations, and implements internal policies and procedures effectively. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Banks risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
