Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to implement, test and support software solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Knowledge of PHP and web APIs, with foundational skills in JavaScript, CSS and contemporary front-end technologies.
Basic understanding of telephony platforms (e.g. Cisco Unified Communications Manager) and software that integrates with telephony systems.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare documentation, provide technical guidance and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
High attention to detail, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
