About The Position

This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career within CyberOne's Secure Network Operations Centre. You will monitor customer environments, provide first-line support and develop your technical capability through structured mentoring, formal Microsoft training and real-world experience. Employees are expected to demonstrate a security-first mindset and ensure that information security considerations are incorporated into their day-to-day activities, decision-making, and interactions with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Good Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
  • Basic networking understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer infrastructure and cloud platforms.
  • Respond to alerts, incidents and service requests.
  • Perform first-line troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies.
  • Escalate issues with clear technical notes.
  • Complete daily operational health checks.
  • Produce knowledge articles and documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Participate in shift handovers and continual improvement.
  • Learn new technologies through mentoring and certification.
