About The Position

The Junior Strategy Analyst role involves supporting senior leadership through the development of presentations, analysis of large datasets to provide insights, management of key strategic projects, and coordination of town halls and large leadership meetings. This position requires flexibility, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and strong teamwork skills. The role operates within a global virtual team across multiple time zones and involves managing both regular tasks and numerous ad hoc requests, demanding ownership and accountability for deliverables.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in Management Consulting, and/or an Internal Strategy group within the Financial Services industry or a large enterprise-level organization
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Ability to be flexible with ever-changing prioritization
• Demonstrated ability to create concise management presentations
• Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
• Thorough attention to detail and precision

Responsibilities

• Develop and create Senior Leadership Presentations
• Analyze large data sets to deliver insights to leadership
• Manage key strategic projects
• Coordinate town halls and large leadership meetings
• Handle a lot of Admin work, such as booking conference rooms and owning meetings
• Run events for Walth and Investment Management Units
