Junior Staff … Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas
About The Position
Junior Staff serve on the front lines of life transformation at Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas, walking daily with men who are finding freedom from addiction and growing in their relationship with Christ. The role is hands-on, relational, and focused on discipling students, leading Bible studies, praying with them, and encouraging their growth. Junior Staff also assist with daily program operations and activities, participate in outreach, chapel, and campus events, and help maintain a structured, Christ-centered environment. The position offers opportunities for ministry growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and spiritual maturity.
- Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission.
- Heart for people struggling with addiction.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to complete Biblical Counseling training.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and stay organized.
Responsibilities
- Lead Bible studies and times of prayer.
- Disciple and mentor students daily.
- Build relationships that encourage growth and accountability.
- Assist with daily program operations and activities.
- Participate in outreach, chapel, and campus events.
- Help maintain a structured, Christ-centered environment.
