The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas, including payables and receivables. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years' experience in accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent organization and time management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Nice To Haves
- construction experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounts payable
- Accounts receivable functions that include: Invoice processing, Matching purchase orders to invoices, Vendor management, Billing customers (including AIA), Payment processing
