Four Seasons is seeking a highly motivated and service-minded Junior Sous Chef to join the CUT Leadership Team at Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel. This position is temporary and reports to the CUT Executive Chef. The role is within the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group's CUT restaurant, which aims to provide a unique cuisine and special ambiance for a memorable fine dining experience. The Junior Sous Chef is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and directing the work of the kitchen department employees, ensuring superlative quality and the highest level of gracious and courteous guest service.
