Unidine is hiring immediately for a temporary SOUS CHEF position. This role involves assisting the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods, coordinating the activities of other food-service associates, and assuming responsibility for the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence. The position requires adherence to recipes, production standards, and strict food safety and sanitation procedures. The Sous Chef will also supervise hourly associates, including interviewing, scheduling, and training, and interact with customers to resolve complaints.
