We are hiring for one of our clients and are looking for a curious, driven, and structured Junior Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between the company and its customers. You will own implementations from kick-off to go-live, including requirements gathering, system configuration, customer communication, testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer. Over time, you will take full ownership of customer accounts while helping build delivery processes, internal standards, and long-term delivery capacity. This is not a role for someone looking for a fully defined process to follow — it is for someone who wants to help build and improve processes in a fast-growing environment. Previous technical work experience is not required. What matters most is strong learning ability, curiosity about systems and technology, ownership mindset, and communication skills.
