About The Position

We are hiring for one of our clients and are looking for a curious, driven, and structured Junior Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between the company and its customers. You will own implementations from kick-off to go-live, including requirements gathering, system configuration, customer communication, testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer. Over time, you will take full ownership of customer accounts while helping build delivery processes, internal standards, and long-term delivery capacity. This is not a role for someone looking for a fully defined process to follow — it is for someone who wants to help build and improve processes in a fast-growing environment. Previous technical work experience is not required. What matters most is strong learning ability, curiosity about systems and technology, ownership mindset, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Structured and methodical problem-solving mindset
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability
  • Genuine interest in technology, systems, and learning new tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to learn quickly
  • Good computer and digital tool skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer-facing, support, implementation, or technical coordination roles
  • Interest in SaaS platforms, automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools
  • Experience using AI tools productively in daily work or studies
  • Experience from fast-paced environments or high-performance teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer implementations from kick-off to go-live
  • Gather customer requirements and configure solutions accordingly
  • Troubleshoot and resolve support cases through structured problem-solving
  • Communicate proactively with customers throughout delivery projects
  • Create internal documentation, checklists, templates, and process improvements
  • Participate in testing, go-live activities, and customer knowledge transfer
  • Support pre-sales activities such as demo preparation and scope discussions (from month 2–3)
  • Contribute to integrations, APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows as you grow into the role
