About The Position
This position is contingent upon Contract Award. Job specifications are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed by employees. Specifications are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. The Junior Engineer will work directly with the Government personnel in meeting the engineer needs of the project.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in any work environment.
- Experience working collaboratively as a member of a project team.
- Solid foundation in the principles and practices of aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or systems engineering.
- Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills, essential for success in a T&E team environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems within the T&E process.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.
- DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of relevant internships or co-op programs dealing with the concepts of T&E.
- Familiarity with specific engineering standards and regulations.
