About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Remote Junior Software Engineer to join our growing team. As a member of our development team, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our online training platform. This is a full-time, remote position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in software development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C++)
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for learning and self-improvement
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain our online training platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing ones
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Continuously improve development processes and practices
