About The Position

103 Auto Repair is looking for an energetic, organized, and team-focused person to join our front-of-house team as a Junior Service Advisor. This is a hands-on support role for someone who enjoys variety and is willing to jump in wherever needed. This person will work closely with our Lead Service Advisor to keep the front office running smoothly and create a seamless experience for every client. This position offers the opportunity to learn the service advisor role from the ground up and grow within the company. 103 Auto Repair is a family-owned, community-focused repair shop that has been redefining the automotive repair experience since 2010. Responsibilities

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Greeting clients and checking vehicles in.
• Reviewing invoices and checking clients out.
• Providing rides and running parts as needed.
• Filing, data entry, and general office work.
• Helping maintain a clean and organized front office.
• Editing digital vehicle inspections for clarity and accuracy.
• Learning to build repair estimates.
• Looking up parts and labor through our point-of-sale system.
• Supporting the Lead Service Advisor and filling gaps throughout the day.
• Doing whatever is reasonably needed to help the team accomplish its mission.
