About The Position

Junior Salesforce Developer LEN is a Salesforce CRM Team that provides legendary service to our Sales and Service agents. We are looking for the right candidate who is excited to contribute to scalable solutions and system enhancements in a highly collaborative IT team. What You’ll Do Implement well‑defined user stories under close guidance, using configuration (objects, fields, validation rules, flows) before code where possible. Develop and maintain simple Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components following established patterns and code standards. Fix low‑complexity defects, perform unit testing, and support basic deployments with supervision (e.g., change sets, DevOps pipelines). Document changes clearly (technical notes, comments, simple diagrams) and keep metadata organized in the agreed repository structure. Collaborate with admins, BAs, and senior developers to understand requirements and ask clarifying questions before building. Learn and apply Salesforce best practices around security, governor limits, and data integrity on every task.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience with Salesforce or comparable web application development
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships) and automation concepts
  • Familiarity with Apex or another object-oriented language (Java, C#, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Strong willingness to learn and take feedback; interest in building a career as a Salesforce developer
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, or Salesforce Flows
  • Experience from personal projects, Trailhead superbadges, internships, or open-source work
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
