Junior Salesforce Developer | Public Health

Flourish & Thrive Labs
•$81,200 - $98,200

About The Position

Flourish and Thrive Labs is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Salesforce experience and at least one year working for a governmental public health agency, such as a local, tribal, state, or federal agency. The role combines Salesforce development with an understanding of public health operations, using that perspective to build solutions that fit the workflows and constraints of health department staff. The developer will contribute to the PH360 platform and client implementations while learning from senior developers and architects through mentorship, pairing, code reviews, and design discussions. The position works within an Agile Release Train following SAFe principles. The team plans in quarterly Program Increment sessions and works in two-week sprints with daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. The developer will collaborate throughout the development process, translate public health requirements into technical implementations, and build and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, agree to the company's no-drug workplace policy, and undergo eVerify for employment status at hiring. Salesforce experience is required; this role is not intended for someone learning the platform from scratch. If a salary range is listed, the company says it will offer at the starting point of the band.
