About The Position

PCL Graphics is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This is a strong opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career candidate who is technical, ambitious, and willing to learn the large-format printing, signage, graphics, and architectural décor industry from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering, construction, architectural, design, or technical background who is comfortable learning how products are built, measured, priced, manufactured, and installed. The right person does not need years of sales experience. We are looking for someone who is green but driven, organized, willing to drive to client sites, and capable of growing into a client-facing role.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or junior-level candidate
• Engineering, construction, architectural technology, design, manufacturing, or technical background is an asset
• Strong technical understanding and willingness to learn
• Comfortable driving to customer sites and attending site meetings
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ambitious, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career
• Comfortable speaking with clients, asking questions, and solving problems
• Valid driver’s licence required

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is an asset, but not required
• We are looking for someone who can grow with the company. The ideal candidate is not afraid to walk a job site, ask technical questions, learn how things are made, and eventually manage customer relationships independently.
• This is a good fit for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and people-facing work. You may be early in your career, but you should have the confidence and ambition to eventually handle client meetings, site reviews, and project opportunities on your own.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with client communication, site visits, and project coordination
• Attend site meetings with clients, contractors, designers, architects, and project managers
• Take measurements, photos, notes, and gather project details from job sites
• Learn PCL’s product lines, including wall graphics, signage, window film, architectural décor, 3D printed products, and custom fabrication
• Help prepare quotes, proposals, and project summaries
• Follow up with customers and help move projects through the sales pipeline
• Communicate with internal departments including estimating, prepress, production, finishing, and installation
• Review drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical requirements
• Build strong client relationships through professionalism, follow-up, and attention to detail
