Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to steer a conversation, rather than "recite a script"
- High level task and time management capabilities
- The ability and desire to work autonomously while accepting accountability for performance. This is a HUNTER role for someone with a big appetite and an outstanding work ethic. Own your paycheck and success!
- Must be located in Charlotte, NC area
Nice To Haves
- Industry experience preferred, but not required
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Experience with Sales CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- High volume outbound calling/emailing to follow up on email campaigns - every contact is "warm"!
- Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service and communication for customers
- Utilize CRM software to track prospecting activities
