About The Position

This role involves prospecting and developing new B2B relationships within freight brokerage and logistics sales, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to close, providing accurate freight pricing while maintaining profitability, partnering with team members to deliver reliable transportation solutions, positioning RJ Logistics as a trusted supply chain partner, managing activity and pipeline using CRM, TMS, and sales tools, and achieving monthly revenue and margin goals.
