Requirements

At least 2 years of management experience
Fleet maintenance experience preferred
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components
Excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and make independent decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to travel up to 20% (including air travel)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts
At least 21 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to work 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution
Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services
Ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections
Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators
Provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned
