About The Position
Our New York office is looking for a first - third year transactional Real Estate associate with big law experience. The ideal candidate will have played key roles on acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals and financings. The position will involve both drafting and negotiating. Prior experience performing these duties is helpful. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar. Requirements
- First - third year transactional Real Estate associate
- Big law experience
- Experience on acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals and financings
- Prior experience in drafting and negotiating
- Admitted to the New York Bar
