About The Position
Perkins Coie LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a junior real estate associate to join our Real Estate & Land Use practice group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a practice and the firm at the leading edge of the market. The Real Estate & Land Use practice represents national and global clients in complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, real estate finance, and portfolio management across a wide range of asset classes. The work focuses on core and emerging assets such as: office, industrial, retail, hospitality, real estate finance, CMBS work outs, development work for mixed‑use and emerging asset types (including an active and growing data center practice encompassing colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions), as well as work on large, multi‑site portfolios for some of the world’s most well‑known corporate and technology companies. The team routinely works across offices and collaborates with colleagues nationwide to deliver coordinated, practical solutions at scale. The firm is growing, collegial, and highly integrated across offices and practices. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized real estate platform with a steadily expanding portfolio of high‑profile clients and matters, and to build a long‑term practice in a dynamic, market‑leading group.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of transactional real estate experience is required.
- Candidates should be collaborative, responsive, and relationship‑driven, with a genuine interest in client service and team‑based practice.
