We are seeking a highly motivated AI Project Manager – Operations & Infrastructure to drive automation initiatives across Operations, Infrastructure, and Security functions. This role will partner closely with the Head of Operations and Security teams to achieve a target of 25% automation of existing operational workloads using AI technologies. The ideal candidate will combine project management expertise, AI/ML knowledge, and hands-on experience with infrastructure environments, enabling them to identify high-impact automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML initiatives or AI-driven projects
  • 2–3 years of project management experience
  • Strong understanding of: AI/ML concepts and model lifecycle
  • Data pipelines and data engineering basics
  • Generative AI technologies (LLMs, automation tools)
  • Experience working with Operations, Infrastructure, or DevOps teams
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operations and Security leadership to define and deliver AI-driven automation strategy
  • Identify opportunities to achieve 25% automation of operational and infrastructure tasks
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps, timelines, and implementation plans for AI initiatives
  • Review current workload across Operations Engineering and Infrastructure teams, including: Application deployments (CI/CD pipelines and manual), Application & infrastructure monitoring, Security audits (internal and customer-facing), Environment maintenance (patching, upgrades, cost optimizations), Billing and budget tracking, Project estimations and resource planning
  • Analyze tasks to identify high-impact, low-effort automation opportunities
  • Work with engineering teams to design and implement AI-based automation solutions
  • Select appropriate AI/ML tools, frameworks, and platforms
  • Intelligent automation workflows
  • Monitoring and anomaly detection systems
  • AI-driven reporting and forecasting tools
  • Evaluate and recommend AI toolsets aligned with organizational goals
  • Work with internal and customer stakeholders to secure: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to enterprise security and governance standards
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including: Facilitate discussions to achieve consensus and alignment, Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives using structured methodologies
  • Track KPIs, milestones, and overall project performance
  • Ensure timely execution within scope and budget
